Autobot Crucero, A.K.A. Mexican Prowl (the version of the toy that was released there)....because if Hasbro can do endless repaints...so can I.
The name is Spanish for 'Cruiser', and his motto translates as 'I am the law'*
I know that a mexican policecar wouldn't have 'Highway Patrol' on it, but the one in the photo I used for reference did, so there. Why should it make sense? Prowl was a Japanese police car with English writing on it after all.
